What parents need to know

Parents need to know that "I Love You This Big" is a simple, sweet, wholesome love song by the 2011 American Idol winner Scotty McCreery. It's entirely suitable for young and old audiences alike.

What's the story?

"I LOVE YOU THIS BIG" is the first single from Scotty McCreery, the young 2011 American Idol winner with the man-sized country sound. In keeping with the wholesome, down-home persona that McCreery displayed throughout the entire Idol contest, this song is nothing but a squeaky-clean, simple ballad about a guy who's fallen hard for the girl of his dreams and vows to remember to remind her of his affections years into the future. It's an appropriate tune for audiences of any age.

Is it any good?

From his mature-sounding vocals alone, you'd never guess that McCreery is a mere teenager. The classic country slide guitar and female harmonies in this track complement his exceptional pipes, resulting in a track that's sure to be snapped up by the many fans he gained through the Idol season.

Terrific, wonderful, and sweet song from recent Idol winner!
Scotty McCreery is an amazing singer. In only one or two songs Scotty is a little pitchy, but overall Scotty is an amazing american idol singer that I would never thought we would win. I hope Scotty continues being a really good singer and moves on to complete his first album.
