This cd is very good and I listen to it all the time. Carrie is a great singer and she has a very good way of telling the story of ALL of her songs. So if you are looking to refresh your cd collection go buy Carrie Underwoods-Some Hearts cd TODAY!!!!!!

Not country !
I Haven't heard the whole CD but the song the local country station plays over and over again , "Cowboy Casanova" just isn't country enough for me.
I like country music and this is just too pop for my taste.
You can't take a pop song and add a violin to make it country.

Carrie's debut is outstanding
Sexual Content (Not an Issue): Flirty love songs, but nothing sexual.
Violence (Not an Issue): Not unless a guy's car counts...
Language (Not an Issue): None.
Social Behavior (Not an Issue): Some listeners may not like a song about how Jesus saves.
Commercialism (Not an Issue): Obvious American Idol tie-in.
Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco (Pause): One mention of whiskey.
