What's the story?

Actress and singer Brigit Mendler, star of the Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie, encourages everybody to grab life by the tail in "WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD" -- the theme song for Disney's Friends for Change Games, a fundraiser for charities around the globe. The track contains nothing but positive messages about doing everything you can to make the world a better place: "We can change the world with every footstep / We're gonna do the little thing, the big thing, everything we can." Everyone from younger kids to older teens stands to gain from this song.

Is it any good?

Like most Disney songs, this tune features a straight-up synth-pop hook that doesn't help it to stand out from the pack. That said, Mendler's solid vocals surpass several of her peers, making the song a bit more memorable that the average pop track.
