    Not an issue.
  • Drinking, drugs, & smoking:

    Social drinking.

What Parents Need to Know

About Angela's Eyes

Parents need to know that lying is a main theme in this FBI drama. The lead character, who is skilled at sussing out liars, has a difficult relationship with her mother and father, whom she has grown to distrust after discovering that they lied to her as a child. She and her boyfriend have a sexual relationship, and her job involves solving crimes, some of which include some mild violence.

Families Can Talk About

  • Families can talk about criminals. What drives people to break the law? How can greed or desire for revenge get out of control? In Angela's case, her job and her family are tangled together -- is this a healthy situation? Is it a good idea to work with family members? Which of your family members would you want (or not want!) to work with?
