What Parents Need to Know
About Date My Mom
Parents need to know about this show's negative representation of other parents and their kids on this show. While mothers vie to get their daughter a date with the male contestant, they often choose to discuss their daughter's physical features to their potential suitor. There are also heavy sexual innuendos and discussions of "party girls" or being "wild and freaky."

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about their own rules regarding dating and blind dates. Issues to discuss include: are girls portrayed in a positive light? Is there a genuine interest from either party to find a date or is this a game? Do kids feel competition in getting a date? For parents, how do you feel you are represented in this program?

I liked if you don't turn the channel
I am 28 years old and accidently stumbled on this show ever since then I'm hooked. this is just for entertainment purposes I do not let my kids watch it. That is what being a parent is, you should monitor your kids shows but don't ruin it for the rest of us. If you can't handle the heat get out of the fire. DUH!!!!!
