What Parents Need to Know

About Fallen

Parents need to know that the main character is a teenage orphan who lives with a loving foster family. But the loss of his parents looms large (he mentions it several times), and it's the kind of situation that might scare younger viewers. At least two other scenes might also be frightening: a fantasy montage in which a father gives his daughter away to a band of "bad" angels, and one in which a dog is hit by a car.

Families Can Talk About

  • Families can talk about angels. Do they exist? What's their purpose? If kids ask about adoption and who would take care of them if their parents died, parents might want to discuss how other family members might step in.

Can't wait til the sequel next summer!

This movie was a really good movie, although they leave you at the end wondering what is going to happen to the young man until next summer in 2007. Over all it was 'good stuff'!

I was nicely surprised, just loved it!

Very talented actors, the movie gets you attached to it 100% of the time, excellent quality for a TV movie. Aaron and Vilma are such a sweet and cute paid, I loved them both!

    Great!!!!!!!!

This movie is great! There is no reason why it should be rated TV-14 there is no sexual content except a kiss on the cheek and a little flirting, and there is not too much violence, and the language is suitable for 10 and up. Also this is a movie not a series, although I think they are going to turn it into a series, but the next episode/movie is not until next summer, 2007. This is a wonderful family movie for ages 10 and up do not be hesitant because of this inaccurate TV-14 rating.
