What Parents Need to Know
About Jack Hanna's Animal Adventures
Parents need to know that this live-action nature series captures exciting, heartwarming, and sometimes-gruesome moments in the lives of animals thriving in both natural and domesticated habitats. Some scenes in which predators do their thing may turn sensitive stomachs, but overall this is a pretty kid-friendly choice compared to other shows in the genre.

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about animals and their habitats. What parts of the world does Jack explore? How are the places he visits similar to where you live? How are they different? Would the animals featured in the show make good pets? Why or why not? Which animals live in the wild? Which ones live in an aquarium or at the zoo?
