Social Behavior:
Lloyd is a relatable character who faces a lot of the issues real adolescents deal with. The series teaches useful lessons about responsibility, thinking before you act, and taking friends' recommendations with a grain of salt.

No graphic violence, but Lloyd does get teased by the school bully.

Is it any good?
Although Lloyd in Space is set in the future, it's not about intergalactic battles or laser guns -- kids looking for fast-paced sci-fi adventure and edge-of-your-seat storylines won't find them here. Instead, by highlighting the challenges and rewards of being a teen, the show focuses on the universal experience of what it feels like to be caught between childhood and adulthood.
Lloyd may not be a typical hero, but his charm is found in the way viewers can identify with his gangly, insecure-but-big-hearted existence as a not-so-popular adolescent. In an entertainment world full of cool, glossy, and unrealistically perfect-looking teens, Lloyd is a fresh hero who will feel comfortingly familiar.
