The good stuff

  • Messages:

The main characters are all strong, well-meaning women looking for justice -- but they occasionally bend the rules.

Graphic murder scenes include lingering camera shots. Frequent blood, weapons, bodies, and more. Some tense stand-off scenes. A main character shoots and kills a murderer.

    Not an issue.
  • Drinking, drugs, & smoking:

What Parents Need to Know

About Women's Murder Club

Parents need to know that this crime drama -- which is based on James Patterson's best-selling novels -- revolves around murder investigations, and the crime scenes are often graphically bloody and gruesome. Some crimes involve children or have sexual elements. Sex is also a frequent discussion topic among the characters, and there are occasional brief sex scenes (nudity is suggested, but nothing really sensitive is shown). Moderate profanity like "ass" and "bitch" is common.

    My Favorite Show

This is a great crime show. With all the drama, there is no cussing, just pure adrenaline. Lindsey and all the other girls make a great team..

    DO NOT CANCEL MY SHOW!!!

ONCE AGAIN, NOT GIVEN A CHANCE (mostly because of the writers strike). There were too many breaks between episodes. No new show or any show actually should be cancelled follwing last seasons disasterous writer's strike that really screwed up our shows continuity. Angie Harman is an extrodinary talent and deserves all accolades she is given. It is a great show with interesting story lines and the ex-husband (Rob Estes, another extrodinary talent)being her boss and the "sexual tension" between leaves me wanting more and not able to wait until the next week. ALL FANS LOBBY TO KEEP THIS SHOW ON!!! IT DESERVES ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW WHAT IT IS MADE OF AND THE CHARACTERS HAVE SUCH GREAT CHEMISTRY THAT IT WOULD BE A SHAME IF THE FANS DIDN'T STAND UP FOR THEM!!!! LEAVE OUR SHOW ON!!! GIVE IT ONE MORE SEASON AT LEAST!!! WOMEN'S MURDER CLUB, WE LOVE YOU!

    We love it!

Excellent show! Hope it doesn't follow the true James Patterson storyline since I don't want to lose any of these actresses. Committed police detective seeks justice for victims. No graphic violence. Poor sexual choices by adults, but not the main focus by any means.
