Scary, plain and simple. Of course that's the point. My kids love these shows but are still scared of some of the content.

Ok for ages 8+
Goosebumps is too scary for the younger kids. My 6 year old has been running down the hall to my room the middle of every night since we watched one episode with him (which seemed very benign and had no obvious effect on him). On the other hand, my 8 year old enjoyed it without any ill effects.

awesome
I love Goosebumps. I remember when it first came out in the '90's, but it seeems a lot more entertaining now. This show may be too scary for little kids.

I love this show and all the books but I do not see how some people think it should be off the air?It is a scary show but there is no blood or gore or any of that stuff for it to be off.

We arent babies!!!!!!!
First off the only one that is sorta scary is haunted mask 2. I could've watched all of them when I was 7 and not have been scared!!!! A MUST SEE. They are now shown on cartoon network. Anyone who thinks that this is scarey must think that all kids are like babies.

My 2nd favorite show........
This show is awesome. I have been a big fan of the goosebumps book series since 2001. My favorite villian is Slappy the living ventriloquist dummy. I have watched the four Goosebumps episodes, that I have on VHS, a whole lot of times. The TV series is way better than the book series. The only episode that I have had a problem with was Welcome to Dead House. I couldn't get to sleep for days after I watched Welcome to Dead House.

Why even bother
It is not scary, it is just bad except for the living dummy episode. It was creepy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
