Parents need to know that this action drama revolves around a bank heist and hostage negotiations between cops and criminals. Both groups are heavily armed, and several gun battles occur (leading to several injuries and at least one gunshot death). In one particularly graphic scene, a man performs a makeshift tracheotomy on an injured woman with a pen, and lots of blood oozes around the wound. A couple sneaks into a closet to fool around and viewers see clothes coming off, including a brief close-up of the woman's bra; the camera also catches regular glimpses of other women's cleavage. Language is harsh for basic cable, including "s--t" and ass; sexual and scatological repartee also crops up.
Violence:
Tons of gun battles with automatic weapons. Threats with guns, and occasional death by gunfire. Several bloody scenes, including a makeshift tracheotomy operation. One character has scars from war wounds all over his legs and torso.
Sex:
Brief scenes of a couple getting undressed, presumably to have sex. Some sexual tension and use of sexuality to coerce people. Sexual banter. Several cleavage shots.

Frequent profanity, with nothing bleeped. "S--t" and "ass" are common.

Great Message
The pilot was quick paced and moving. The message is loud and clear. I think that we need more movies with a political message. It creates conversation.

On the edge of your seat wanting to find out what happens
I love the show. It keeps you right on the edge of your seat to find out what's next. I feel sorry for the robbers, especially Wolf. He's been through a lot. He really does care about the hostages, but at the same time, he knows what he has to do if necessary, so you really wonder if he would have killed the older gentleman. I saw relief in his face when he didn't have to. He seems very angry and upset at what has happened to his life now that he's served 15 years for his country and he feels betrayed. The negotiator is in a hard spot when he knows exactly what will happen. The other man in charge is an idot to have sent in the team, ending in someone being shot.

Loved it!!!
I live in pittsburgh where it was filmed and I love seeing my city on tv. I have watched this show from the start, and while there is a lot of violence it makes it very real.

Near Perfect....
This show was kind of shaky at first. The tension increased. I first thought it was about a lame, old, bank robbery gone wrong. I think I got a lot more than that. The Kill Point is a great show to watch for kids 12 and up.
