It shows a town in Socialist, Monarchist England, and it shows even with that you can have a wonderful town that has a well scripted TV Show.

Great Show For Preschool Age Children!
My 4 year old son loves this show. Slow animation, good plot lines, & perfect for preschool age & up children.
