    There are plenty of people (including adults) exchanging or soliciting personal information and trolling for sex partners.

  • Sex:

    There doesn't appear to be nudity in the profiles -- which the site prohibits -- but some users come very close. There are some photos of girls as young as 13 posing in bras and thong underwear with captions like "ready for sex" and "spanking." Some users post sexual comments like "I have a big c--k." (The site says it prohibits "sexually explicit" content.)

  • Language:

    Some cursing in profiles, including "f--k."

  • Consumerism:

    Lots of ads.

  • Drinking, drugs, & smoking:

    There are beer mug icons next to male users' names to denote how "popular" they are.

Parents need to know that this site isn't safe for teens. It claims to be a place for "teen dating" -- allowing teens as young as 13 to register -- but has thousands of adult users, many of whom are "friends" with young people. Some people post their real names, IMs, and email addresses. Others -- including young teens -- post sexually explicit comments and photographs that stop just short of nudity.
