What Parents Need to Know
About Scary Movie 3
Parents need to know that, as usual, the MPAA gives a PG-13 rating to material in a comedy that would get an R-rating in a drama. There are jokes about drinking, smoking, drugs, sex, race, drunk driving, pedophile priests, gang shootings, barfing, menstruation, testicular cancer, bestiality, and people with disabilities. There are some graphic images, including severed heads and limbs, and a brief shot of a bare behind. The movie parodies racist stereotypes, but some audience members may believe that it perpetuates them as well. The movie has potty humor and shows dogs having sex.

This should have been rated R but, still hilarious
the language is not bad because they did cut offs of the mother****er word and sh*t, the kids should know about da*n, a**, and b**ch but the sexuality and references make this bad for kids. But it will make you laugh til' you cry and can"t breath. (I should know I experenced it)

i think it alright for 14 and up but the fourth one is better
i watched this movie when i was 9 with some friends and we were home alone wich really freaked me out and i was frickin scared after watching it but i think kids 13 and up should be able to watch it ifthere not to sensitive because there are some scary parts

this is ok. But it suprised me that it was not Rated R. This movie has R rayed stuff in it.

Glad it's PG-13 so more children can enjoy.
Not as good as #1 & 2, but it's way better than #4. They're all worth watching because they're sooo funny.

OMG THE FILM IS SO FRICKIN HILAROIUS YOU WILL PISS YOURSELF IN THE FIRST 5 MINUTES. Stupid humor meets laughing-on-the-floor humor.
All the kids reviews say that this is the funniest movie ever, and all the parent reviews say its terrible. My review lands somewhere in the middle. I think at times, the humor is really retarded that I can't even watch it at how sad the attempt was. These are the more sexually jokes, trying to make tweens think its funny. But, I can't trash the whole entire movie. Some parts are the funniest ever. These are the less gross, and less disturbing parts. They use clever puns and relate to the movie they are spoofing. If you don't get to watch the movie, you have to watch the Brenda scene online. It is probably like the best minute of my life I have spent; I never get tired of it. So as you can see, the movie has good and bad parts, but I would only recomeened if someone tries to laugh during the movie. It makes it much more enjoyable.

scary movie and meet the spartans are the worst spoof movies ever made because the jokes r really stupid and most arnt funy at all thats y meet the spartans is a better movie then this because meet the spartans had a little more laughs then scary movie 3 so i give scary movie 3 1/5 stars.

It's funny but not for kids.
Yeah. the stupid PG-13 Rating Tricked me. Cross out the PG-13 rating and write RATED R. It showed dogs having sex, Gross Adult themes, And A Dead Body Exploding. NOT FOR KIDS.

The Best Spoof Movie!
From the opening scene with Pamela Anderson to the wedding car hitting the son at the end. This movie threw me on the floor! I laughed so much. Definelty my favorite. NOT for kids under 12 unless you have g tv. Language is the only real problem in this movie.

This is an awesome movie!!!!!
The movie is as clean as a new pair of socks that have never been warn but have been washed multiple times. Compared to the first 2. The second was obviesly the best but i think this one came second. The CMSP made it sound so bad but it isn't. Its a fine movie and charlie sheen OWNS on two and half men ,Hot shots, Hot shots part duex as same on this one!! Must watch should have been rated PG. or Even G compared to the first 2.
