Worst Customer Service of any company i've dealt with online, products were ordered and money was taken, gifts never arrived, gifts were ordered for christmas 3 months in advance and no sign of the products ever arriving, tried to contact 5 times without any response, DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

My kids love this website which as far as I can tell is a big marketing scheme. It definitely drives the lego hunger- for new product lines and movies. Some of the stuff is violent- guns, lasers etc.. which is actually why they like it, but I have let go around this one site because it seems to satisfy their pure mindless entertainment needs. Be aware that there is a chatroom- my kids steer clear, and that it is easy to navigate off site onto other product sites. Adult nearby is a good idea.

This site straight down svcks. It may be a decent site for little kids to be on, but here is why we all hate lego* 1: They added a new feature where you can send messages to your buddies on there, but you get a choice of what you want to say to them!! 2: You CANNOT directly interact with other kids on there. 3: The Games on that site are LOUSY! 4: They added way too many junk extras!

There are games with educational content, and security is no problem, as the Message Boards are Moderated by Adults which let nothing inappropriate through. There is, however, and online store, but you must be 18 to buy from it.
