Unfortunately, my kids favorite site
My kids love this website which as far as I can tell is a big marketing scheme. It definitely drives the lego hunger- for new product lines and movies. Some of the stuff is violent- guns, lasers etc.. which is actually why they like it, but I have let go around this one site because it seems to satisfy their pure mindless entertainment needs. Be aware that there is a chatroom- my kids steer clear, and that it is easy to navigate off site onto other product sites. Adult nearby is a good idea.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE!
Worst Customer Service of any company i've dealt with online, products were ordered and money was taken, gifts never arrived, gifts were ordered for christmas 3 months in advance and no sign of the products ever arriving, tried to contact 5 times without any response,
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

great for mature kids who won't sneak around behind parents backs, and buy stuff, and talk to the customer service chat guys and gals

Fun for my son!
My seven year old really likes seeing the Bionicles that he builds come to life. This site kept him entertained so he didn't want to change sites. They have so many products listed; it's great for birthday and Christmas lists!

Awful customer service!
They list products as "in stock" when they are actually out of stock. They freely cancel orders without any notification. From now on, I'll buy our legos from Amazon or some other website I know is reliable. Two thumbs down!
