“Common Sense applauds efforts by Congress to bring affordable high-speed internet to every school and neighborhood in the country, especially hard-to-reach rural ones. This has to remain a priority for lawmakers, as connectivity is critical for education, jobs, health, and the economy.  It is time for all of us -- policymakers, industry, and the public -- to fully engage in this important conversation, and we look forward to working with all stakeholders to once and for all connect our country to high-speed internet that ensures every child has high quality broadband in their future."
