Life of Delta
What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Life of Delta is an upcoming puzzle adventure game for Windows PCs. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has destroyed itself thanks to nuclear war. The last remaining survivors are smart mutant lizards that have taken over, and robots, which have been pressed into performing labor tasks. Players take on the role of Delta, a small robot that is rescued by a fellow robot named Joe, only to discover that this act of kindness has potentially doomed the good Samaritan. This spurs Delta to go on an adventure to try to save his rescuer. The gameplay's based on classic point and click adventure games, where players have to explore and collect every possible item available to help them solve puzzles and other environmental challenges. More than 50 mini-games and puzzles will test players over the course of the game, and all of these are layered, multiple step kind of brainteasers that will take some time to figure out. For instance, a safe is locked, but a combination seems to be missing. Through a combination of broken machinery, signals, and tones, it's possible to figure out what you need to make progress. There will also be lore about the world, the robots, and their lizard overlords to uncover. While there's implied violence against robots, there's no blood or gore expected to be included in the game. Otherwise, there shouldn't be any inappropriate content included in the game.
