Dark and shallow lies is a great book and I recommend it to mature teens and adults but it has a lot of added curse words and talk about a teenager losing there virginity. It’s still a overall great book

*SPOILER ALERT* I liked it up to a certain bit where the guy who Grey had a crush on had a secret relationship with his step sister who was murdered by one of the Summer Kids, Evie, who was scared that Elora was gonna take Hart from her or some jealous bs. And the part where Hart's dad killed the twins and made Hart help him dump their bodies in the lake next to Zales house. and I hated how Aeron died and how Hart and Evie as well as Elora died too.
