"For Darkness Shows The Stars" is one of the best books I've read in 2017. I cried and felt enraged with certain characters in the story, but that increased my elation when I reached good parts in the book. It does not really include any sex. It does reference how Benedict raped one of the Reduced girls, but not graphically. Elliot really is a good role model. She thinks before she speaks and usually keeps a cool head. However, at certain points she is not afraid to express her opinions. If you like Jane Austen with science fiction thrown in, then I think you'll really enjoy this book.
