I’m mad at you CSM!!

This is one of my fave books in the series and I definitely recommend but I am so disappointed in you common sense! In the drinking drugs and smoking section you said MAGIC HEALING POTIONS. First of all they’re CALLED elixirs and second of all ITS. NOT. MAGIC!!!!

Absolutely amazing in every way! PS: I am SO mad at you, Keefe

This book is SOOOOOOO good. It was IMPOSSIBLE to put down!!! My parents had to pry it out of my death grip. :) Anyways, there is nothing bad in this book. The violence is a minimum. The romance does not extend pass crushes, although there IS almost a kiss at the end. Key word, ALMOST. Thanks goodness. (Totally Team Keefe) Please please please PLEASE read this book. But read the others first, or it won't make sense. Spoiler ahead: Keefe runs off with the Neverseen because he wants to take down their organization from the inside out. Sophie feels betrayed, and I can't blame her. I BLAME YOU, KEEFE! Out loud, I think I probably screamed. And wanted to chuck the book out of my hands. But I love Keeper too much. Thanks for reading my review! Hope this helps :)

There is more violence than in the other books, but all hail Lodestar! This fifth installment in the series is full of Keefe humor, adventure, and wit as Sophie and her friends struggle to fight the Neverseen. This is reading material to be read over and over. I found myself gawking in surprise and cheering in joy.

The Fifth Book. Read the rest first. Amazing!!!!

Read it! It has the best story ever! It won't make sense though, and I mean any of it, if you don't read 1-4 first. #Team Foster-Keefe!! Cognates forever!

Goes on forever and ever and EVER, but EPIC CLIFFHANGER!!!

At probably 700+ pages, you feel as if this novel will never end. Not that it was bad. A lot of stuff happens, and the ending may gross out some kids (a man is sliced through the stomach with a sword and it's very bloody; also a stone block falls on a man's head and there's "gray matter everywhere"). And the ending is SO GOOD.

Great!

Still a really great book! I found it dull at times, but overall the characters are still amazing! There is death and destruction, though, with the death of a major character, an the injury of some minor characters, which might be too scary for younger kids.
