Chilling and creative storyline, be careful though.

I’m currently attending a local school, and we were assigned this book for a project. I was thoroughly confused for a lot of the book, even though I like to think of myself as a more advanced reader. Once I got more into the plot, things got very interesting. I don’t usually scare from books, but this was an exception. The way this was written was complex and descriptive, and I felt like bugs were crawling up my skin. Overall, I’d say it was really good, I was very invested. But I’d also say that some of the things in this book were a bit disturbing, even if it was geared towards teens.

Thrilling, suspenseful horror story best for mature tweens

This is a horror story, so you can expect lots of violence, but nothing inappropriate besides that. A very mature 10+ could handle it, but it's pretty creepy. I was very frightened but compelled to finish it. This book has a character who thinks that her only "friend" is just a "project" that she is working on. Try explaining that to kids. Claire Legrand has done it. I definitely recommend this and I am searching the shelves for another book by her.

Amazingly Thrilling

I truly loved this book, it has an amazing plot twist that will give you thrills. It is a great book for kids who like a darker sort of book. I recommend this for even adults.
