Ash of Gods: Redemption

A bit derivitive but pretty good strategy game. Opening cutscene is bloody and gory (decapitations, bisections, dismemberment) but its all very brief. Bloody bodies litter many environments and some narrative panels yet in game its zoomed out and undetailed in game, often no faces or explicit wounds visible. Gameplay shows blood splashes but nothing stains or sticks around even after a characters death. Most scenes arent fully animated. The animated style reduces impact significantly. Its semi realistic yet somewhat simplistic in its detail so the gore isnt too horrifying. Unlike something like Blood C or Castlevania.
