It really isn't as violent and scary as it seems, I'm a 11 year old and I watched the whole season 1 and it really was not scary! I'd say for mature minded kids 11+. The last episode does have a lot of violence and some fight scenes do get intense but mostly this anime was a terrific one. It was really a exciting thriller. Eden Yeager and most of these characters in the anime are great role models, never giving up, fighting for what's right. There is lots of gore and violence but most of it is off screen or just a splash of blood. It does swear in it as, the d word, a word, s word but other than that this anime was awesome.

AOT Humanity In Chains Is A Fine Game But Can Be A Bit Violent. The Cutscenes Are From The Anime. But If Your Child Watches The Anime Its Not Bad.
