This is a Teen (13+) rated game...

Um...Common Sense...I don’t see why you are always kind of strict on games like these, I can definitely see why Call Of Duty may be unsuitable for some but you don’t have to restrict it to ADULTS ONLY. I would say 15 or 16 for the old ones like this game but I put down 13 because that is the minimum age for which content is appropriate for (Probably).

Good but difficult

I give it the 14 and up rating not because it is violent, but because it is very difficult. The Russian campaign is fun and easy, but the British and American levels get pretty hard.

good but gets boring.

it has d*** h*** once or twice, and b****** once. there is no blood, and it has some positive role models. i think its a good cod for kids. but its NOWHERE good compared to cod 1 and 2.

Read before you buy

I bought this when i was eleven, and i had no problems with it. The violence is a bit high, but there is no blood, and it is nothing compared to stuff my friends are playing like assassins creed and halo reach. the violence would only bother kids who havent seen this stuff before. The language is hardly anything, and a cuss word is only used once, which was bas--rd. this also tought me tons about history and what world war two was like. Beleive it or not, but i've learned tons about the battles in russia since i started playing

the least violent call of duty!!!!

this is the first call of duty ever released, it came out in 2004 and is the least violent of all the call of duty's. the5re is some minor cussing. there is no blood shown and the graphics compared to other games today are not that great, but i suppose they were then. its a good game but i would recommend you buying one of the newer call of duty's. but this one should be ok for children 10 and above.

Not as good as others, but not bad

I would recommend something more like Black Ops, Or MW3, but not bad. Violence: not as bad as others, not much blood, but you are still killing people. Language: I only heard one H-word in the whole game. Educational: You learn about WW2.
