Quantum Break is Amazing

Quantum break has a riveting and timeless story that never gets old. If you have ever played the uncharted games then get ready for similar controls. The violence isn't that bad, there is minimal blood spurt when an enemy is defeated. language is infrequent and you can disable it anyway as well. The main character, Jack, is trying to save his friend and brother throughout the game amd really makes a hero of himself. This game will be absolutely fine if you can handle some violence and a little bit of language this game will be an fantastic time.

Good shooter with violence and lots of profanity.

Quantum Break is a good time based shooter. The violence is not as bad as Call of Duty or Fallout 4 but not as minimal as Assassins Creed Syndicate. Blood come out of enemies when you shoot them but it is quite hard to see except for the last person you kill in each section which shows them being shot in slow-motion with a noticeable splash of blood. The main thing to worry about in this game is the profanity. There is at least two curses per sentence and they are not minimal curses like damn or ass. It's the f-word and sh-word. There are no drugs included in the game. The main character Jack Voice and other side characters are great role models. The game has some good messages too. The controls are simple to pick up and there are different difficulty settings. Decent game! 13+.

Overrated by CSM

Seriously, Common Sense Media has overrated this game. Sure, it has significant swearing in it, but many benefits of this game weigh more than the cons. I mean, a lot of people who play this game don't swear one bit! This also requires many strategical skills, such as choosing choices during junctions, which will be useful for kids, since their minds are still developing. Fast reflexes are also needed in this game, especially during shooting, as well as hand-eye coordination. I think this is a great game for kids that is just too overrated by Common Sense Media.

Quantum break!

Quantum break is a violent third person game. There is blood and gore when you shoot the bad guys. You can stop time before enemies die and watch them slowly get shot. Expect f--k at least 3 times in every scene. Your character drops the F bomb as many times as all of the other characters. You can turn the voice language down. This game is great for 12 year olds and up!

Not as great as you would think.....

This game was very disappointing. It did not have as many cool time puzzles as would have been cool, and was way too violent. The idea of a video game and tv show combo was cool, but the show was not as good as it could have been. The protagonist, Jack, feels no remorse for killing hundreds of people, and sprays profanity throughout the dialogue. Overall, not that good and only for mature audiences.

Brilliant, exciting, and easy shooter about time is amazing and very violent, but not too much blood.

My rating:T for strong sci-fi violence throughout, language, and one sex reference.

An Amazing Sci-Fi Shooter.

Quantum break is a well assembled sci-if shooter/puzzle game. Quantom Break has elements of violence, gore, profanity and puzzles. The game takes place in third person with cut scenes. There are points where you can mak decisions that effect your story, you can take a good path or a bad path. There is blood but not much if any gore. There are moments when you critically damage enemy's and it slows down to see it and you can see blood coming out of the target. Frequently through out the game there is uses of the word f--k and S--t. The game takes place in third person making the violence less inten or real. There are no situations where you can simply kill someone just because, you are killing people because they are bad people. In the game you can manipulate time allowing for more blood but it's not that bad. There is no sex or drugs. Overall depending on maturity I would say 12-15+.

Great game, but rated too mature by common sense media.

This is a fantastic game, with a great story and beautiful graphics. Common sense Media rated this too maturely, with what kids play now, there is nothing they haven't seen before. If your kid has played Titanfall, call of duty, or even halo, this game is fine. The only difference is that there is frequent language.
