Good Role Models

I think this show is really creative, and interesting. Unlike most game shows the people are less in it for the money, and more in it to get fit. It shows the transformation of a lot of women through, the show as they become stronger. I believe that everyone in the show are great role models and are the definition of strong. I really liked this show, and I'd suggest it to anyone who wants to see and exciting and entertaining reality tv show that isn't inappropriate or has bad role models.

Fantastic Show, Positive Messages.

This show highlights the progress of unfit women partnered with the best male trainers in the biz. The premise of the show is the transformation stories of the woman as they work out and compete in grueling competitions. The 2-person teams will fight against each other and ultimately, win a boatload of cash. The competitors are in it less for the money than getting fit. The teams will compete in challenges working the whole body and the losing team will be sent to the ‘Elimination Tower‘. The winning team will have the power to decide another team to battle it out on the tower. Ultimately, one team who does not complete the Elimination Tower will go home. This show represents the transformations of trainers and trainees as they grow stronger both physically and mentally. Both the trainers and the trainees are good role models, and prove that you can bounce back even if you have gone through hard times. Fit is not just thin, Fit is strong.
