Honestly the first episode or two were really cringy but if you get past that, it gets crazy good. with so many plot twists, it’s really a show that gets you thinking. although the second season is kind of boring and doesn’t get good until the very end, it’s definitely binge worthy lol

I think this is a good show for showing women in power. Also has good representation for LGBTQ+ youth, shows people coming for different walks of life, and people of colour. This show also talks about sensitive topics like Eating disorders, homophobia etc. There is some sex but not a lot in my opinion. There is some violence but mostly just severe injuries (broken bones, torn limbs). Overall I think its shows good representation for teen girls. Trigger warning for the violence, and there is a lot of puking.

I watch this show with my grandma. She's the one that recommended it to me. I see that a lot of the reviews talk about the sex and language in the show and yeah I agree there definitely is a lot of swearing and sex references. But like some other reviews say there is nothing in this show that tweens and teens aren't going to hear in real life. Even at school there are so many people that talk about sex and swear a lot. I do think that if you have a tween that wants to watch this just make sure they understand the things that they are going to be hearing and they should be fine. There are also some things that tweens should be educated about like eating disorders and anxiety and drugs and drinking and losing loved one's etc. This show includes a lot of the struggles of living as a teenager these days.. Overall I love this show and if I can watch it with my grandma then I think tweens and teens can too.

SO this show is pretty darn good, great plot, superb acting, and about 100 twists and turns. One thing to look out for though is the sex. Not too many sex scenes (Though there are some), but they talk about sex A LOT. Like...A LOT A LOT, refrencing blow jobs, nudes, masturnbation, rape, threesomes, threesomes on periods...etc. Other than that though it has a lot of good massages and over all I would definitely recommend.

There were quite a lot of references to sex in the show (Including references to masturbation and nude pictures, and blowjobs). I think that the plot was really interesting to this show and I think that if it was executed better, it would be one of my favorites. If you are mature enough to overlook the sex and swearing and focus on the girls surviving the island, then go ahead and watch it. Just be prepared for a lot of swearing and sexual content.

This show has a lot of heart and good messages. It addresses some common teenage struggles such as eating disorders and internalized homophobia. The only things to be aware of is there is profanity and pretty consistent sexual references. There is a couple of sex scenes, one including a minor with a much older man, but to my memory they contain little to no nudity. I think this is one of the best shows of the year and I highly recommend watching it.

Loved this series so much. Incredible representation and a strong female empowerment story line. Amazingly funny, dramatic, complex, thrilling, suspenseful and all around incredible. Stellar acting and characterisation. A lot of complex and intertwining storylines so as long as you can handle major anticipation and weeks of conspiracy theories then this show is not to be missed. An utterly amazing show all round.

I think this was an awesome show only just acceptable for extremely mature 13 year olds lots of inappropriate references but such an awesome series to watch!!!
