DO NOT DOWNLOAD! READ BELOW. Where do I start, let's begin with this game is only fully playable for those that spend thousands, which is understandable and fine if the company was professional and cared about their players. This is not the case, I had got banned for over 4 years for a reason of resource selling, this is something I have never done and I was wrongfully accused. I sent multiple emails, actually loads of them and majority come back with a automatic email that I can not respond to. I then went on to expressing legally I am able to get my money back, among them ignoring my emails I also kept getting a automatic response about my ban and nothing to do with me getting my money back. They laugh at their customers and their behaviour is shocking, the most unprofessional I have seen. Also to mention multiple people obviously sell resources on the game and it is clear that they are, yet no action is taken against them...
