OK for Mature Younger Teens used to Shooter Violence and knows what "Sexual Assault" is

Common Sense, calm down for a sec. This game is not even that violent, and is actually a pretty slow game (as in action wise, not loading wise). It got really boring so I deleted it off my iPod Touch. You'll use Snipers and Handguns to shot people from far away. If you miss though, they will start shooting back. Minimal blood is shown after successfully getting a kill. Some female characters wear partially revealing clothes and some criminals commit sexual assaults. But it is not shown on screen, they only make references about it. Overall its OK for 12 and up if your tween is OK with some shooter violence and is OK with frequent use of the word "r-pe".

Not for kids?!

Whoa common sense! Slow down! This game is not very violent at all. Though the point of the game is to kill criminals with a variety of weapons (Sniper, hand gun, automatics, etc) It has surprisingly little blood and it only lasts a fraction of a second. Though the bodies don't disapear after being shot, there is zero gore. There are also several in app purcahses ranging from 0.99 cents, to $99.99. The further you reach in the game, the more you need better weapons. I however, like a challenge and am not bothered by the constant pokes to buy money in the game.

There are some video games that should for sure not be played by kids, but contract killer? Common its fine for older tweens, only little kids shouldn't play it.
