The game is ok but the ads are not
My 12-year-old son plays this game. The cars crash into each other and earn points but there isn't any gore. My main concerns are the ads that pop up throughout the game. Some ads are inappropriate and relate to dating, relationships and gambling. The ads concern me far more than the game itself and I'm not sure if you can avoid them.

Car crashing violence in fantasy game can discourage kids to drive cars when they grow up.
The game itself is fine, and I can tell that the common sense reviewer was angry because he kept on getting "exploded". When you learn from this game, your kids will either be crashing into other people when they get their own cars, or they just not drive them at all. Overall, good game. The game contains:
Easy to play/use (except for the common sense reviewer)
Too much violence (a questionable "powerup" is a uplifting bomb, along with more violent powerups.)
Sex (Sex can be based on the usernames players input/insert, but sometimes Crash of Cars itself censors the names)
Swearing (Again, based on the name the player puts)
Consumerism (In-app purchases, microtransactions, pay-to-win)
Drinking/Drugs/Smoking (Depending on the name, I once saw a name named "Juice" but I think i know what he meant)
Privacy Policy (Included on-load)
Fine game.

Too Many People with curse words in their names
I was playing the game myself to see if it was Okay for my son to get,and someone had his name as F*ck you all without the dot. This is definitely not for anyone besides adults!

Watch out for inappropriate ads!!
Crash of cars is fine, but the ads are totally inappropriate. Crash of cars should be 9+, but the ads are 16+. All of my ratings are based on the ads, not the game.

My son loves this
I tried playing it myself and it was mildly fun, but I never really got the hang of steering. My 4 year old son navigates with ease. He loves the little game rewards and choosing cars. At first he bugged me to pay for the rewards, but after he finally got the message that I would not buy anything, he figured out how to earn the rewards himself. The variety of locations is pretty cool. Sometimes he plays with other players and I haven't checked how he stacks up, though I suspect not well unless there are a lot of other 4 year olds playing. But when we are away from home he can still play the game on his own.
