What's the Story?
It's the end of the day in BEDTIME FOR BAD KITTY, Kitty doesn't want to do any of the things she needs to do to get ready for bed. Instead of brushing her teeth, she wants to play. Instead of using the potty, she wants to sing. And instead of putting on her pajamas, she wants to run around like crazy. But she really loves a story at bedtime, so even though she isn't tired even one bit, the promise of a story helps her do what she needs to do.
Is It Any Good?
The funny antics of getting Kitty ready for bed are recognizable and relatable to parents, who have no doubt been through every aspect of the bedtime struggles on these colorful pages. Bedtime for Bad Kitty is a lighthearted look at trying to get someone who is most definitely not tired and not procrastinating at all to do the very basic things to get ready for bed even though, of course, they don't need to go to sleep. It's a fun read-aloud book for anyone wanting to bring some laughs to what can be a hard time of the day for young kids.
