One of the Best Books This Year

I loved this book so much. Everything about it was spot-on for me. The book itself is told from three perspectives: Zélie, Amari, and Inan. There is a lot of violence throughout the novel (some scenes are pretty descriptive). There are some kissing scenes (some passionate). And the language is pretty much what CSM says. The only reason I have this book as 15+ is because of the violence and the strong magic woven throughout the story. Without getting too specific, the book relies heavily on a magic system, some of which is a bit creepy (like summoning a dead soul to perform a task momentarily). I loved this book so much, and I strongly recommend getting it.
