One of the best books I've ever read
On the surface, the characters all seems shallow. Most of them seem to live selfish, greedy lives. But through the course of the story the reader gets to know the characters on a deep level and learn about their difficult pasts and how they overcome their struggles, grow close as a team, and become better people. The action is exciting and the plot is excellent- Kaz and the rest of his team are geniuses. There is just enough romance in the story, but it stays mostly PG. There is a lot of violence but nothing older kids (upper middle, high school and above) can't handle. It's something both teens and adults can enjoy. Overall one of the best books I have ever read.
