Really good historical fictionn but lots of killing.

I loved this book and love this author. This book is one of the best historical fiction books i have read. It really showed me an issue that I had never heard of. When i asked my parents they didn't know what had happened in Romania in that time. I rated it 12+ only because the grammar could be difficult and the topic could be sensitive. Also there was lots of violence that i don't think many younger kids should be reading.

Powerful novel

This book is a powerful work of art. It has valuable lessons and a strong main character. A few curse words are thrown around, but nothing too serious. There is a lot of violence, so I would recommend this title for kids 12+.

I loved this book it an amazing work of art. I do think there are some parts that someone under 9 will not get but any smart 9 year old could get this book and the meaning. It has no inappropriate parts just things some younger kids might not get.
