This is a delightful story with charming art, important life lessons, and a heartwarming message. Leila, the Perfect Witch's engaging illustrations make it an entertaining and relatable tale—a great choice for young readers. The characters are little witches and ghouls but they're not scary and encourage kids to embrace their own unique talents. Author-illustrator Flavia Z. Drago cleverly sprinkles iconic images of Mexican culture among the pages and kids and families will enjoy the Day of the Dead themed content.
