What is the story about ?
I think this book is very good it is about a girl named Sahara who wants to follow her dream about being a writer. Sahara's teacher finds out and her teachers says "a writer writes". I am only on page 50 and so far it is an excellent book i highly recommend this book .

One of my favorite books!
This is one of my favorite books ever. Sahara, the main character, is my favorite female book character of all time. Miss Pointy is awesome too, and I love that Sahara is a writer. She's just like me when I was 10. Every time I read this book, I fall in love with it all over again. The writing style is great, the characters are great, it's a lovely book.

this book is good for ages 9 and up
Sahara Special is one of the best books i have read this year. I would recommend this book.

The story of a sad and happy girl
i think i really liked this book but it was type boring and had way too much detail this book takes place in Chicago in several different places the main character is Sahara.
