Hilarious, but far too violent for young kids.

Is violent along the way (Think Mortal Kombat style), no uncensored cursing, and some innuendo.

Great game but wait till about age 11 or 12 to play un

It's a really good game but not for the faint of heart, the game is one of the most crude games of it's time even for being more tame than it's original non remade n64 predecessor in most regards and shys away from getting a smack in the face from the esrb like the original did by releasing near the end of the consoles lifespan but the game contains sexual references like a sunflower with, parts..., crudely hilarious humor in my opinion like how when conker talks to the queen bee she mentions her husband left her and conker mumbles oh really that doesn't surprise me behind her back, more of this dark humor presents itself throughout the game and not to mention the ingame character is a greedy drunk that kills to get through the game and go (home) becoming conker the king in the process but a couple of moments in the game were even cut in this version despite this one being focused on uncensored unused sequences such as the *interrogation sequence* in the original game that showed 2 teddiz experimenting on a squirrel (main army characters in the "its war" chapter of the game) that is still alive and even says weakly in a creepy voice p-please let me go. And it's just not as good as people were hoping and Microsoft was hoping to make this instead of a fully fledged sequel for the gamecube (before rareware was bought by them) that was a big blow to the team and overall the games development was a mess and while doesn't hold to faithful to the original looks beautiful for the xbox especially for it looking nearly as good as banjo kazooie nuts and bolts for the xbox 360 but overall good game just issues during development that continued hardly 2 years after the roller coaster of a game that caused Microsoft to see this selling point. WOW THAT WAS A LOT! But to see more details in depth watch the beta 64 video on youtube to see what conker was and meant to many before its many many many changes.

The South Park of Cutesy animal games

In the 90s, the third party Nintendo developer RareWare was the stuff of legends. They made all the Donkey Kong Country platform era and Killer Instinct fighting games for the Super Nintendo. While their use of 3 -Dimensional graphics was great on the Super, the N64 was an endless canvas of creativity for these video game legends. From the Perfect Dark shooters, to the Banjo-Kazooie platformers, RareWare kept pumping out classics left and right. The Final game of their golden era on the N64 was Conker’s Bad Fur Day. After Microsoft’s tragic purchase of this great company, they mostly made subpar or decent at the best games. This is a good remake, because it stayed faithful to the mature platformer we all know and love. It centers around Conker, an alcohol addicted, violent, money hungry red squirrel on a quest to rescue his girlfriend, Berri. With movie parodies, outrageous violence, and risqué humor, this game kept the same formula and gave it updated graphics and a fun online shooter mode. This masterpiece will have you singing the Great And Mighty Poo’s song, Sloprano over and over and ove.....

Not as inappropriate as the other one

The swearing is beeped now and some on the suggestive moments are removed.

Fun to play, just not for kids

The jokes are ok, but there is a lot of crude humor and language. The game has better graphics than the old one.

A remake of a great game... that was inappropriate back than and now.

Ok parents, DO NOT let children play this game. This game may be the more censored version but let me give you a history lesson. Back in 2001 this game was so bad that Nintendo did not want to touch it, and the only thing that would advertise it was Playboy. A running joke in this game is the "Duct tape"... A rape joke for those who are not too educated. One part of this game involves making a cow have diarrhea so she can poo a pooball for you. Now what about the actual game. This game was great to PLAY back then and the edits made to make the game more accessible for newer players are great. The old controls that at times fought against you are now replaced with more modern controls ( according to chris seavor the director of this game they are based off halo). The games graphics are beautiful on the Xbox and still hold up due to not being realistic. So in conclusion I recommend this game to the MOST mature audiences, the mature rating and the warning on the box are not made to be a joke.
