Great game, if you love RPGs absolutely go for it !!!

Excellent action first person shooting video game. The new patch unleashes the true potential of the game, almost as it should have been when it first came out. The combat design is excellent, the city is immersive and beautiful. Lots of blood when you kill enemies, you can see beheaded corpses, cut out limbs like legs or arms. Some minor drug use but it is not glorified in any way. The game uses its own slang, so cursing is somewhat limited (except in some shards, little texts to open and read found throughout the world). The character can use guns, blades, hacks or fists to incapacitate or kill enemies.

Mature and with sexual romance scenes

Saw gameplay for the game And it was too mature first I saw violence and gore Second sexual romance scenes with nudity but I give it age 17+ because it doesn’t have mature humor like GTA. Should be left to adults 17+ Also the swearing is constant to with f bombs and the c word

CSM OVER EXAGERATED IT AGAIN

First of all I agree this game should be an 18 but I don’t think This game should be as looked down upon as it is, I purchased it for my son and he absolutely loved it he wouldn’t stop talking about it at the dinner table and also keanu reeves is in it which he also thought was really interesting. There is a lot of sex scenes i this game but it can be turned off in settings and that doesn’t affect gameplay it just won’t play the cut scene that there would be nudity in which I think is a thing more games should have put in. I also think this game is good because it really explores technology and if it is a good thing or if we should maybe lay off it for a while and not be sucked into it until you are a literal robot like in the game. Some parts of the game are set a strip club but it can be turned off in settings or you can just look away but even then it’s just holograms in bikinis so still not as bad as gta v. The violence is not as bad as in call of duty, there’s still some dismemberment but you would see this more often in cod games like mw 2019 or warzone. Overall, amazing game would HIGHLY recommend for anyone at the age between 13-18.

Not for children

This is not a game for children, It's a really good game just absolutely not a game for children, not at all. Graphic sex (including full frontal nudity, prostitution), very graphic violence, drug/smoking use all are reasons that this isn't for children. It really can border on softcore pornography, if not be worse. So unless you're letting your children watch Skinemax the answer should be.. like.. wait til they are 18. I really like the game but there's just no way i'd reccomend this game in anyway for even teenagers.

Great open world for mature gamers only

I enjoyed the vast open world and futuristic setting. There is lots to do and explore other than going straight for the main quest. The game has mature content with gratuitous sexual content (used to drive consumerism in the city) and violence as common themes throughout Night City and definitely not for 17 or younger. Reminded me of Blade Runner.

Definitely not as bad as many people are saying it is!

Playing it myself now, beautiful game! There is a moderate to high amount of strong language, but nothing more offensive than what your kids are hearing at their average high-school or middle school. There is sex, but if you have talked to your kids about these things, what gender identity is, what sex toys are, what porn is, all of these things it won’t be shocking revelations. Regardless, if your child has a phone, goes to a public school, and you are purposefully sheltering them from these topics… well I have bad news. They knew about it last week. The nudity and sex can be turned off in the menus anyway. There is alcohol as well, but if you have ever taken your child into a restaurant they have probably already seen a bar, if you talk to your kid about how destructive alcohol can be they won’t be urged to drink it just from some video game. Lastly I come to the gore, present, there is blood splatter which doesn’t bother me but can upset people more squeamish. Unfortunately there is dismemberment present, removal of heads, arms, and legs with swords is common. This is the main reason I rated it the way I did, although I don’t think violence in video games causes violence real life (those people are on another level, the games aren’t the problem) but it could scare or even scar younger children. I recommend knowing your child’s limit, what is the most violent movie you are okay with showing your kid? Compare it to some cyberpunk fight gameplay, see if you are alright with it. Thanks for reading, cyberpunk is a amazing experience and I really think that for mature children it can do no harm. (Which goes for most games)

Good game

It’s is a very good game that I feel alright letting my 12 year old play yes there is strong language but what comes from school is way worse there is nudity and it is blurred out sometimes and that is probably one of my only problems with the game.most of the other stuff is partly by choice like drinking drugs and smoking but they can be avoided a lot of the time. The goriness is violent and there is a lot of blood but a lot of the time this can be avoided too unless you happen to be in a story mode mission that requires you to eliminate people. But overall is is a good game that I feel comfortable letting my 12 year old play

Great Game for a teen

The game for the most part is fixed meaning the bugs and glitches are mostly gone. Also most of the other reviews focus too heavily on the sexual content, most of it can be turned off in the settings. And if the player is old enough to play the game then they should be fine with the content in this game. Also the swearing is no worse than what you would hear at a high school. Also the violence is not that bad many people overreact to it, it is no worse than a call of duty game or the saving private Ryan movie. Also there is a minor amount of drugs that the player can use but it is optional and the player has the choice to drink or smoke. The npc characters use drugs and smoke but people smoke and drink all the time in the real world. The world is very large and has a lot going on at all times it can have a little lag when driving or fast traveling but that is only on older systems I have the game on my Xbox one and my series x and I also have it on pc so this review is based on facts. Honestly I give the game a solid 8.5/10 on how good it is while I give it a 7/10 on how mature the content is. Most of the content is no worse than most movies.
