If you're worried about your child imitating this your parenting is the issue

There's like one swear and you can turn character dialogue off super easily. If your kid is going to get up and attempt to snowboard off a mountain after playing this that says a lot more about your parenting then this game. Like seriously, the fact that that was a concern is scary not the game.

Nothing bad

Despite its teen rating, this game isn’t bad at all. It does curse at times, but it’s nothing younger audiences don’t know yet. Also there’s no violence, whenever you crash you just become a ragdoll and start flying down the mountain. Actually pretty funny to watch.

Hard but really addictive.

I have played this game for 100+ hours and it’s still as fun because of its different challenges and updates but the reason I chose 11+ is beacause it’s really difficult and frustrating to learn the controls in the game and it contains infrequent swearing but nothing worse than shit.

Incredibly Entertaining!

Definitely worth the money, the multiplayer feature is great and graphics are outstanding. The are a few bits of profanity once airborne for too long but no worse than 'S**t

Great game, keeps you interested

Very good game, there are many things to do that vary greatly in difficultly. Mild swearing at times. It is a fun game with many different features that you don't get bored of. There are different sports you can choose (e.g. snowboarding, skis, wingsuit, paragliding, rocket wingsuit etc.). There are different challenges and activities to complete that keep you interested.

ages

It is a very fun snowboarding game. You do have to buy dlc's but its not a lot. you can break every bone in your body and if it is a giant fall your character will say " oh, SH########T". there is this thing where you can choose your age within 13 through 99, that is good because it might tone down the language.

Fun sports game has decent challenges, brutal wipe outs, mild language.

Now let's start with the obvious: Ubisoft was heavily inspired by the game "Skate 3" while making this and it shows. It has similar controls, levels of customization, physics, ect. while also being it's own thing. It takes place in a sporting event that takes place in the a sporting event held in the Alps. You play as one of many selectable thrill seekers and partake in many different sporting events, from snowboarding and skiing to squirrel suit gliding and rocket pack flying. But you will wipe out, either on accident or on purpose. And they can just be tripping on a rock to diving off a mountain head first into the ground. The game measures how much G-force you experience, and I have managed to experience over 1,000 Gs. In real life, if you were to experience 100 G's alone you'd die, but in the game you're only "K.O.'d" The characters unrealistically get up after everything under 100 G's. Sometimes your character will swear when or when about to wipe out. Language is never stronger than "shit." There is a buy able costume of bathing suits for both genders, both equally revealing, and it's not very. Some in game addons such as currency.

Great game

I love this game. You go on like phases on and off this awesome game. Its graphics are great, beautiful scenery. If you want a game where you can Ski, Snowboard, Rocket suit, Wing suit, Sled, etc, this is a great worth it game. I wouldn't say this is exactly for 9 and up, but I wouldn't say its 10 and up either. If you crash to the ground hard there can be a (X) on your screen and that is your death. You will easily move on and there is no graphic images, there is no gore or blood. Your character Will sware rarely, he does not say extreme profanity. It includes S*** A** damn and dumb. From my experience I do not remember anything worse then that. Also it can encourage extremely dangerous tricks so i recommend not trying any of them. In game multiplayer chat wich may be effensive or innapropriate.

Snowy, Tricky and Semi-Arcade Fun

STEEP is an open world extreme sports game based on snow-based sports. Skiing, snowboarding, wingsuiting, parachuting and more action activities are available to the player. Violence in the form of rag dolls (physics when characters tumble when hurt) in the game can look very painful and you can hear bones breaking. When your avatar takes a hard hit, they becomes knocked out. Infrequent but mild language. Rare use of "$h!t." Gambling and consumerism is present. You are able to purchase DLC's via the in-game store but takes you to the PlayStation or Xbox Store. You can also purchase certain skin packs with real money.
