Kid reviews for A California Christmas

I am 11 years old about to turn 12, and Im used to all of this stuff in the movie. There is light profanity (but really light) and then like one other matureISH topic, but honestly if you have yourself a mature 10 or 11 year old, it would be okay to watch as a family.

This movie overall is decent. It’s a good movie, but a little boring at times. Very similar to a hallmark movie but a little inappropriate and some bad language. Violence - there is a little violence, like punching, but not too bad Sexy stuff - theres a lot of this stuff for a movie like this. Not too bad, but definitely not for kids 14 and younger. Swearing - there is some bad language, like the s word and heck and butt. (Obviously the bad language though) There’s a lot of wine drinking but not in a bad way I guess.

Nice movie, good story. I really enjoyed it. But it was quite romantic and a bit sad that the mother had cancer but there were also lots of bits that made you smile and laugh and I really recommend it.

This movie was like any hallmark movie. It was sweet and corny, a good movie to watch when your bored. Although you should keep in mind that there is a lot of wine drinking. Not that its bad but just saying. There is a scene where, what’s his face Joseph and Callie do have a little love fest. It doesn’t show anything except for Joseph with his shirt off, and Callie without a shirt and bra. It doesn’t show her boobs though. Other than that its a decent movie!
