What's the Story?

Based on the popular Nickelodeon cartoon series, A LOUD HOUSE CHRISTMAS MOVIE: NAUGHTY OR NICE follows Lincoln Loud (voiced by Sawyer Cole) as he desperately hacks into Santa's Naughty or Nice List right before Christmas. As the hack goes haywire, Lincoln ends up flipping the lists and breaking Christmas, ultimately creating a huge Christ-MESS. But can the Loud family work together and fix the holiday before it's too late?

Getting back to their roots, A Loud House Christmas Movie: Naughty or Nice reconnects fans with colorful animation, familiar chaos, and holiday vibes. With a quick pace, easy-to-digest story, and zany energy, the Loud House thankfully has returned to what this 10-year cartoon cult does best—controlled cartoon chaos.

Featuring a whiny, annoying Lincoln Loud for more than half the film, this film sequel is far from perfect. But the sci-fi/fantasy multiverse, Christmas twist, and Loud family chaotic energy make this a watchable film for kids. It's too bad there's not more for the adults (the visual gags and jokes could have been so much more entertaining). But the fast-paced story, realistic character flaws, and holiday arc fit the "nobody's perfect" theme. Imperfectly perfect? "Loud" and clear this Christmas.
