Cheesy and amazing action movie starring Harrison Ford, as the very good, strong, brave, heroic,and great role model president of the united states. You see blood a few times and there is some swears. But all in all, I don't see why this movie is rated R and not pg-13. Mature kids could probably watch it.

A pretty good action film starring one of the best actors of all time. Harrison Ford is great in this movie as always. The action in this movie is a little over the top but this movie is very entertaining and a blast to watch. Violence 4/5 lots of guns/explosions throughout the movie also death defying stunts. Sex 0/5. Drinking/smoking 0/5. Swearing 2/5 Some swear words throughout. Overall a pretty fun action film but a little crazy with the stunts at times. A big plus side to this film is Harrison ford as the president, you immediately believe it. PG-13 for Violence and occasional language

A classic Americana thriller! Harrison Ford puts in an excellent performance as president of the U.S. as well as a father and husband. Gary Oldman plays the main terrorist and is EXCELLENT! Most of the deaths in this movie are from gunshots, but some of them are quite graphic. The blood splatters were pretty upsetting. One of the deaths is very heartwrenching. There was no sex, and I don't think there was very much language. The R rating comes from the violence and theme. It's not lighthearted but it's very triumphant and quotable. (Seriously, why did this movie get such a low rating on here??) I recommend this to thriller enthusiasts or people who like intense action movies.

Really great movie, it should be PG-13. There is some swearing and one use of the f bomb. It is pretty violent, but nothing I would say is outside "a PG-13 rating." Even watching it doesn't feel rated R. Ford's character is noble and has integrity. The story is good and is worth watching.

It was on tv once. The beggining meh but the ending part was dramatic. There violence, drug and scary scenes. It was a sad movie. There was also swering.

This should have been PG 13, Captain America: Winter Soldier is about the same violence level.

If you can handle some tomato sauce (blood) this movie is fine, a bit disturbing for a young guy and alot of swearing. if you dont feel comfortable watching by yourself, ask your parents.

So-so action movie has not that good CGI and some overly serious acting but overall that, its ok. VIOLENCE: While the terrorist are hijacking the plane they shoot a lot of people in the head to, two hostages are shot in the head with blood spurts, a man is choked to death, a mans neck is snapped and then he falls off the plane, children are held at gunpoint, a man has a gun shot and it’s quite bloody. LANGUAGE: S-t, Bulls-t, ass, one F-k, bastard, son of a Bitch. SEX:an insult about a woman’s blouse, and some brief kissing. Overall ok movie with questionable CGI.

Honeslty, this movie could have been PG-13 If they took out one scene. We watched this as a family yesterday. Even my 10 year old brother saw it! He's mature and he wasn't disturbed whatsoever. There is just some shooting, language, but not sex. Great movie!
