Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1972)

Don't bother watching this horrible movie. I recommend the 2010 version because to me there are better role models, it's not a musical, and Mia who plays Alice is a much better actress than Fiona who plays Alice in this version. This movie is one of the most eerie old movies I have ever seen. There are a few scary moments and plenty of threatening "OFF WITH YOUR HEADS." I HATE THIS MOVIE!!

I gave 5+ because young kids might pick up on smoking from the Caterpillar, who smokes a hookah. It's good, but it could be better because the animal costumes are obvious (Bill is the best one). It is really fun, but also talk to your kids about climbing onto roofs and going down chimneys. My rating: Rated G

For fans of the novel, this is a dream come true. It follows the book very closely. The visuals are very pretty and it is the classic Alice story. Unfortunately, it is not very recognized, although it’s amazing. Alice is probably the only good role model, but of course, she is very curious, which can be both a positive and negative characteristic.
