Extreme violence sums up this bloody thriller.

My rating:R for strong bloody violence, and language.

Great for teenagers and adults into Batman and the such!

Definitely more violent than the first instalment. Not something younger kids should be watching but nonetheless an excellent addition to Batman films!

Amazing instalment to animated Batman movies (Part 2)

This is a much improved instalment to the previous part of this saga. Violence is frequent and gory. Animated blood and gore is present during gunfights, stabbing, and blood dripping from wounds. Language is infrequent in dialogue. Use of "@$$", "b!#ch" and "hell." Sexuality is occasional. One sequences shows a lady in provocative clothing kissing a man, it's very short. Use of drugs and alcohol is present. Occasional drug references are heard.

Great Movie. Probably The Best Animated Movie Based Off A Comic Book

In my opinion, this isn't a movie that you'd want to watch over and over again, it's just certain scenes that you'd want to go back to. The plot is great, the hero is pretty good, and the villain, which is the Joker was the overall best part of the film. The creators of the film use the Joker in a way that no one ever thought of... they actually made him calm and mature, whereas Christopher Nolan, and Todd Phillips made both of their interpretations just flat out insane. And that's what makes this Joker so amazing, Michael Emerson truly did an amazing job with the Joker, and the way the Joker dies is spot on and just AMAZING! True, his death scene has a lot of gore, such as the batarang in his eye, but he looks like he's having the time of his life! But enough about the villain, can we just give a round of applause to the Batman vs Superman scene? I mean, I thought the live action version was REALLY bad, and watching the movie, knowing that in the comics Batman and Superman battle it out, I was thinking to my self, "Oh, man. How bad is THIS one going to be." But it proved me wrong, and it was a solid fight scene. I think that The DKR2 is an amazing movie, but you still need to watch out for your kids because there are some themes in this movie that might not be suitable for your child.

An epic movie!

This is a great movie, though I found it quite violent. However, if you are mature, you can watch it when you are younger. It is what Batman vs Superman should have been, and unlike the Killing Joke movie, it is not a bad version of a good graphic novel. And can we just talk about that Joker vs Batman fight! It’s the perfect fight, and it’s weirdly fitting that it takes place in the Tunnel of Love, and the Joker death is perfect. A character snapping his own neck is not something you see a lot in movies, and it’s perfect, because Joker doesn’t care about the pain. Like imagine twisting your own neck until you die. It just shows how insane he is, and how he just wants to have the last laugh. Definetely worth the watch.

In 1986

Batman will return, to fight crime in Gotham 1 last time. Prepare for the conclusion of the two part movie that was actually awesome. From a 50something year old Joker who still acts like he's in his 30's to a Batman that is just as scary a Christian Bale you will enjoy the scariness of Gang Violence, The Cold War, and Politics. Starring The Killed Himself Joke, Robin the Sixth, Lady Commisioner, Ronald Reagan, Goverment Propagand Man, News Reporter, Robot Kids, The Blob, Evil X-men, and the ******* Batman. The Dark Knight Returns, and beats the crap out of Superman.

Way better than the first.

An excellent ending to the story. It's full of great surprises and Peter Weller and Ariel Winter once again excels as Bruce Wayne/Batman and Carrie Kelly/Robin.

Astounding!

This movie is really a great acomplishment. It's one of the best superhero movies period! Not quite as good as the book (nothing is) but still, I would rank it over the dark knight rises in a heartbeat. Probably just a little below the dark knight. It is violent and bloody, but it's also animated. AMAZING movie!
