Could've Been Much Better

Would've really liked this movie, had it not been for the fornication scene. Sam and Joon should have gotten married, sadness:( And the language was too, I don't know, full of mild curses? Plus an f- word :P Not cool....

Good portrayal of balancing life and mental illness

I've liked this movie since I was a teen, and my 14yo daughter loved it. The characters are thoughtfully done, quirky and yet real. It's a great portrayal of the balance of control and dysfunction with mental illness, and the struggles for those and their caregivers to live normal lives and have healthy relationships. Also focuses on uniqueness and talents in those who are commonly disregarded and ignored in society. There are two adult relationships that are navigated with conversation and intimacy, but nothing graphic or innately sexual is displayed.

I suffer from OCD and when you watch a movie like this or As Good As It Gets you feel better knowing your not alone with a mental illness. the characters are good for each other. they should have ended up together.
