This Movie Has A F Bomb

But Overall Great Movie!
age 9+

A modern, funny remake of the original ghostbusters movie.

A fun, modern, remake of the original Ghostbusters, great to watch with the family! Violence is not to bad. If you have seen the original ghostbusters, the violence is around that level. A funny modern ghostbusters movie is a great watch for movie night, whether you’ve seen all the ghostbusters movies so far, or this is your introduction to the many movies, a fun movie for the whole family to watch!

Good remake, overall good movie

Do not watch this movie with kids who don’t know bad words. Recommended for 9+ some bad scenes but overall a great remake for ghostbusters.

Really good with some scary stuff

This was a movie I watched with my mom and brother, and it was pretty funny! But other than that the CGI on the ghosts gave my brother nightmares because of how real it looked, and it had some sexist comments toward the new receptionist Kevin , who is a boy, and the sexist comments were things like how dumb he is, or how we got the stupid receptionist, which is implying to boys that for a boy to be a boy you have to be dumb. But really other than those things. . . It’s a good watch with the fam or halloween watch!!!!

Mediocre Reboot Misses the Mark

Parents need to know that this reboot of the world-popular Ghostbusters series is mediocre at best. The team is mostly female this time around, which is a good representation. However, the film is so overt about it. We get it, the movie is feminist. The acting is only OK, the script is bland and the CGI is ridiculous. Some mild violence

Boring and not scary AT ALL

I hate this movie and it was so bad that my cousins and me just played hide 'n' seek instead.

Don't even bother

It's garbage

It's a fun reboot but a little more adult.

My personal MPAA rating PG-13 for Sci-Fi action throughout, involving the paranormal, some language and crude humor. VIOLENCE - 6/10 Sci-Fi action is frequent, but sometimes for laughs. Some ghosts may look disturbing. LANGUAGE - 5/10 "S**t," "Ass" "Damn." The usual PG-13 language, as well as a middle-finger gesture played mainly for comedy. SEX - 3/10 Suggestive jokes; In one scene, a character shows a suggestive picture of a female ghost, and seconds later says something like "Is it the boobs you don't like? I can make them bigger." DRINKING / DRUGS - not present

Just fine

Ghostbusters (2016) is the reboot to the famous franchise. This movie is easily the worst one. Plot: Paranormal researcher Abby Yates (Melissa McCarthy) and physicist Erin Gilbert are trying to prove that ghosts exist in modern society. When strange apparitions appear in Manhattan, Gilbert and Yates turn to engineer Jillian Holtzmann for help. Also joining the team is Patty Tolan, a lifelong New Yorker who knows the city inside and out. Armed with proton packs and plenty of attitude, the four women prepare for an epic battle as more than 1,000 mischievous ghouls descend on Times Square. Age Review: Although I didn't find this movie funny, you might! There is mild language, violence, and sex. Recommended for ages 6+
