Very exciting and thrilling but dumb action thriller is extremely violent.
This extremely violent and brutal action thriller follows Hitman Agent 47, Rupert Friend, who is a highly trained, bloody assassin that when hired to kill someone, he will go on to the mission until it's done. This time, his mission is to find a woman named Katia, who's father is actually the creator of the agent program. Katia hasn't seen her father in decades, and before she can event meet Rupert, she is nearly killed by another government agent, who is bent on killing Katia's father and killing her. When she meets Rupert, she isn't so sure that she can trust him, but it's all that she has to protect her and to save her father. Violence 4/5: Many bloody, and brutal action sequences show blood splattering, gory wounds, and many characters getting graphically killed. In one scene, a man is blown to bits in front of a machine. In one sequence, many men are shot and thrown of platforms, and hit the ground brutally. A man is pushed into a metal chipper/grinder machine, as blood splatters and pools on the ground. A man is brutally shot with a small gun, and the blood splatters because the gun was pressed against his head. Many man are smashed and ran over by cars with blood spurting. A woman's head is bashed into a wall. A man is shot in the head with a sniper rile as blood splattering. A character is shot and stabbed many times with blood polling, not splattering. Many other brutal action sequences. Sexual content 0/5. Language 3/5: A few uses of strong language includes several uses of f--k and a few uses of s--t. This movie is really good, but it's a bit dumb and nothing really new. My rating:R for bloody and intense sequences of violence including strong language.
