Loved it

No idea why the rating is 16+ when the movie itself is suitable for people of any age just that not everyone might like it. I myself grew up seeing movies like this (but straight) from the 90s always playing on the TV. I personally loved the movie, It's a great romance film for anyone looking for sapphic representation.

OBSESSED and idk why the rating is 16+???

I am literally obsessed with this movie. Theres a bunch of representation and I love that this movie is just like a normal rom com but lesbian. Idk why the rating is 16+, there is mentions of sex but theres no nudity or anything bad at all in it. I literally love this movie and would like sell my soul to see it again for the first time

Amazing movie

Like other movies such as "but im a cheerleader" i feel this movie was rated R due to it being about the LGBTQA+ and coming out in 2006 when this was "bad" I Love this movie A LOT and have seen it about a dozen times this movie is a go to movie there are amazing role models and there and great messages there is barely and swearing and the "dirty dirty" is never shown only a few hints to it when he wants to have kids and females talk about birth controll and such. overall this is a great movie good for younger teens and above

Utterly amazing.

I don't even know how to describe how I feel about this film. The characters and story line are incredibly written and portrayed in this tension filled, heart-warming story of falling in love. The aura this movie creates is nothing short of majestic, the clear chemistry and tensions between Rachel and Luce is a truly magical thing to watch. There is a certain feeling to the movie and how you feel after you have watched it, that i cant quite put my finger on, there is this spectacular palpability to the connection of the characters. I really don't know how to better describe it other than: one of the most incredible films I have ever had the honor of watching. I was utterly mesmerized and have since watched the film 100 times over and felt equally as mystified every time. It would be a crime to miss so, do yourself a favor and WATCH IT NOW!!

Best Movie out there

Hilarious and sweet movie. I first watched it when I was 13. Personally, I love the characters; each one of them is so fleshed out and relatable. A few British swears are used, though.

Disgusted that this movie is R

I saw this movie for the first time when I was 13. I felll in love instantly with the plot and characters. The movie DOES NOT deserve an R rating. "F*ck" is used twice along with some other minor swearing, and sex is VERY minimal in this movie. Really, the only sexual things in this movie is very, very slight references, and when Rachel buys a porn tape. (This scene is done in a very light manner, more in a comedic way.) I think that this movie is only rated R because it's about two girls. It came out in 2006, what do you expect. But the role models in this movie are amazing. Especially Heck. One or two instances of drinking but nothing serious

Amazing!!! One of my favourite movies!

Imagine Me & You is a romantic comedy which will leave you feeling amazing after that final really romantic scene. It is structured cleverly and lacks in clichés, it's totally appropriate for kids aged 10+.
