Scary, trippy, didn't make a lot of sense.

Jacobs Ladder was not very memorable for me mostly just because it was so trippy. The movie follows a veteran from the Vietnam war who frequently experiences terrifying hallucinations and tries to find out what's behind them and wether what he's seeing is real. The movie jumps in and out of hallucinations so often that it's hard to tell whats real and what isn't. Some of the hallucinations can be really disturbing and stick with people. Includes sex/nudity, violence, gore, language. 2.5/5 stars.
